No, I won’t let you.
Don’t you hate it when you wake with a feeling of doom? That happened to me this morning at 5 am when I could not fall back to sleep after I saw an email from our dog sitter that she couldn’t fit in our dogs on the dates I needed her in May, which gets your mind going to all the wrong places.
She used to fit us in every single time for five years, but for the last three times, she said no. We may be in her bad book, though she said we were not. It eats at you when you are in someone’s bad book, no matter how unimportant or faultless you see. That’s human nature.
But you know you have to drop feeling like that. I can work around this, and no, I won’t let you. I won’t allow you increase the feeling of doom, no matter who you are, even if it’s me. I have no reason to feel that.
